Hosting a Paint Party with our Paint it Off Paint by Numbers kits, especially during Covid-19, is the perfect way to get your friends, family, and colleagues together virtually. There are a few things to consider when planning your Virtual or in person Paint Party. You have made your list and checked it twice, now its time to paint it off into the day or night.
Social Distance
You don't have to stay home but please stay 6 ft away! Be sure to follow all safety guidelines for your area, encourage guests to wear their masks, and have proper sanitizing stations throughout your event. Ensure that your guests are seated by household or with their designated "Quarantine Crew".
Take a Poll
In addition to taking temperatures at your event, take a poll prior to your event to check the pulse of your guests. Consider that your guests may have underlying health conditions, and may be more open to Virtual events vs. in person events. Whether you chose to do virtual, IRL, or a mix of both, the Paint By Numbers kits will be a hit for all of your guests.
Calculate your costs
Once you have purchased your kits, you will then purchase the remaining items to make your party a success. We recommend having a moderate selection of finger foods, beverages, and decorations. Purchasing gifts for trivia and contest giveaways is also a great way to increase participation with your guests. Also encourage your guests to B.Y.O.P.P.E. supplies or source supplies from your local store.
Plan accordingly
If you have a theme for your event, be sure to get your party favors and share your Pinterest Theme Board with your guests. Be sure that you have ordered your kits with ample time to receive before your event date. We have a 10+ day processing time, with delays during holidays and peak seasons. DO NOT allow your guests to order their kits individually. This will cause severe delays in delivering your order.
